Gearharts Fine Chocolate Bars

Gearharts Chocolate began in 2001 when chocolatier Tim Gearhart saw a lack of fine artisan chocolates available in the United States. After traveling the world refining his technique, he moved back to Charlottesville to open his shop! These chocolate bars are a testament to his hard work. 

Criolla - Dark chocolate with raw cacao nibs (vegan & gluten free) 

Almond - Milk chocolate with Marcona almonds, feuilletine (crisp French pastry bits) and a hint of sea salt

Espresso -  Dark chocolate with finely ground local espresso-roasted beans (vegan & gluten free)
