Q How much does the subscription box cost?
A $49.00 plus shipping. Shipping is based on your geographic location.
Q What is included in the subscription box?
A Each box includes a carefully curated selection 6-7 items from the region’s best makers. They will be a combination of food(4-5), home & bath goods(1-2), and crafts(1).
Q Can I cancel or change my subscription at any time?
A Yes! You can pause your subscription, cancel it or change it at anytime.
Q How are the products sourced?
A We look at artisans in the Appalachian region and find high quality products. They may not be “traditional” Appalachian crafts. We make sure they are using high quality ingredients, sustainable practices and sourcing.
Q Do you guarantee satisfaction of the boxes?
A Yes, we do. We feel confident you will love our boxes, but if there is something you are not satisfied with please let us know within 15 days of receipt and we will make it right.
Q Can I give the subscription as a gift?
A Yes, our subscription box makes a wonderful gift. Just fill out the correct shipping address and make a note in your order about a gift message.
Q Can I customize my boxes?
A We do not offer any customization or choices for the boxes. If you have a dietary requirement please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Q Can I see the items before I subscribe?
A Unfortunately, this is not possible. We carefully curate each box’s contents but cannot provide a preview each month.
