These shrubs are made by Jamie Swofford from fruits and herbs he forages and grows in western North Carolina. North Carolina is the "Old North" state.

The Pink Lady is made from Pink Lady apples

Two in the Bush is made from strawberries and lemon verbena

State Grape is made from wild muscadine grapes
