100% Pure sorghum syrup is made from the juice of sorghum grass. It is heated by a wood-fired, steam locomotive boiler. The finished product is then cooled and bottled, ready to pour on some hot biscuits. Also known as Appalachian molasses. Made in the foothills of Tennessee
