Skillet Cornbread Mix

Tait Farm Food Skillet Cornbread Mix is early Americana style made from genuine grist mill ground grains. Unbleached white, wholewheat and cornmeal flours, some toasted are used resulting in a roasted, not sweet flavor. It is not the same as Southern style white flour Cornbread sold at many big box stores. ​It is wholesome, but not too heavy and makes the perfect accompaniment to soups, stews, and chilis.
