Join us as we welcome Jenny Bardwell for a salt rising bread making class! Salt rising bread is a traditional American bread that has its roots in the Appalachian region, particularly in places like West Virginia, Kentucky, and Tennessee. 

In this class, you'll bake a loaf of bread to take home as well as a copy of Salt Rising Bread: Recipes and Heartfelt Stories of a Nearly Lost Appalachian Tradition by Jenny Bardwell and Susan Ray Brown.
