This product is a collaboration with George Patterson of Hernshaw Farms. He grows mushrooms on reclaimed mineland here in West Virginia and helps to create farm land with his compost. The mushrooms are dried and ground before being mixed into the salt. We add locally grown rosemary and thyme, as well as a hint of black pepper. The combo make a delicious seasoning for hamburgers, steaks and grilled vegetables.
