Creamed Appalachian Honey

Creamed Honey is delicious and has a smooth spreadable consistency. Appalachian Beekeeping makes this creamed honey from raw Appalachian mountain honey, controlling a cold crystallization of the honey so that the honey crystals all grow small and uniform. This method creates a finished product with a lovely creamy texture. Creamed honey is raw, and contains all the health benefits of traditional Appalachian honey.

PLEASE NOTE: We advise against ordering this product via delivery during the warmer months as the creaming process can be reversed when exposed to heat. We highly recommend picking this item up from our shop to maintain that delicious creamy texture! If you must order delivery, your honey will still be good to eat, just likely no longer creamed.
