Up Four Mile Hollow Road on top of Hernshaw Mountain, you'll find the Lens Creek Lavender Farm, growing on old West Virginia coal land. Formerly a coal mine of their father's, these sisters and their families spend their weekends harvesting lavender on the very same mountain where they rode their first bulldozer. From sunrise to sunset, their lavender is thriving in this old coal soil. We hope you can love Lens Creek Lavender's beauty, complexities, and history as much as we do.
